Bharatesh Education Trust (BET) is a name synonymous with quality education at affordable cost. It was established in 1962 by a bunch of young entrepreneurs with a passion for education.

Led by Late Shri Komalanna Doddanavar and a group of other education enthusiasts who felt the need for an educational institution that would provide multi – disciplinary courses in this part of the State, the trust held ambitious plans rooted in hard work and dedication from its founder members. They worked voluntarily and the same is being followed even after six decades.

The Trust started out with just one school and today runs 21 educational institutions across 3 campuses in and around Belagavi. It includes the Polytechnic, Homeopathic Medical College, 7 schools (Kannada, Marathi and English), ITI, BBA, BCA, BA, BCom, BSc, MBA, MCom courses, Pre-Schools and a Ph. D. Study Centre.

NAPCAIM took up organising National Workshops on various Palliative Care interventions from different medical modalities on 26th January 2024 at Sarada Krishna Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Kulasekharam, Tamil Nadu, hosted by NAPCAIM Kanyakumari City Chapter, to prepare a System of Procedures to be followed by the palliative care physicians in a uniform manner especially from the AYUSH streams.  The Workshop was formally inaugurated by Ch. Mano Thangaraj, Hon’ble Minister for Milk and Dairy Development, Government of Tamil Nadu.

NAPCAIM proposes to continue organising similar programmes in other parts of the country as well.
